Hi, I’m Franck, founder of Vegan Tourist Paris.
My goal: to make vegan life in Paris more accessible and exciting!
I grew up in the Parisian region and moved to Paris in 2020, after graduating with a Master’s degree in architecture. During my studies, I became vegan out of sensitivity to the animal condition and concern for the environment.
I then noticed that many people around me shared this sensitivity, but had preconceived ideas or lacked resources, which held them back from aligning their lifestyle with their values.
I then created the first Vegan Tourist Map in 2019 (formerly Paris Vegan Restaurant Guide), a paper map listing all the capital’s vegan restaurants by theme, with photos and practical info.
Following its success, I updated, improved and republished it every year, until the April 2024 edition, which went out in 10,000 copies and went on sale in about forty addresses in Paris, as well as by postal mailing.
This year, at the request of many people in my community, I’m working on a digital version!
I’ve also been hosting the Vegan Tourist Paris Instagram account since 2019, on which I share the latest news on Parisian vegan life, with restaurant discoveries, events and product tests.
I also keep my community informed on Facebook, Tiktok and by newsletter!
Finally, I regularly create and organize events, including :
– Mystère Gourmand treasure hunts, immersive investigations through Paris’ little-known historical treasures, culminating in a convivial vegan restaurant,
– Vegan Food Tours, themed guided tours to taste the best of Parisian vegan cuisine in charming neighborhoods,
And other festive events, such as the Noël Rebelle vegan market at the REcyclerie, or the upcoming Disco VegFest at La Prairie du Canal!
I also work on one-off assignments for companies that are vegan and/or have a positive commitment at the heart of their approach. This takes the form of commercial collaboration on networks, but also Community Management, UGC collaboration, organization of customized events…
